The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day operations of CGA inclusive of program and fiscal management, staff supervision, and data/reporting. The position requires a high emphasis on grant writing and financial sustainability strategy implementation.

The Executive Director is employed under the direction of the CGA Board of Directors.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years' work experience in a prevention-related area, or a combination of education and experience that adequately prepares the individual for the position, including staff supervision and ability to professionally represent the organization.

Preferred competencies: Prevention field, community mobilization, prevention planning, health education, cultural competence, data and evaluation, substance abuse treatment and recovery. 

Additional competencies include proficiency with Microsoft Office computer programs (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Strategic Prevention Framework. Bilingual in Spanish and English encouraged.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 DOE
